April Pierce has served as Treasurer for the Wetzel County Chamber of Commerce since January 2020 until January 2023 when she was voted on as President. April is the Branch Manager of Peoples Bank in New Martinsville, a role that she has excelled in for 6 years. During those years at Peoples Bank, she has dedicated 3 years as a Business Champion. Ashley has served on the Wetzel Tyler Chamber of Commerce for the last eight years where she was most recently elected to be the Vice President. She serves on several of the Chamber's sub committees, including the Membership and Community Engagement Committee and the Events and Special Programs Committee.

Ashley spends most of her free time being an active member of her community and all the surrounding communities. She also volunteers with multiple groups and organizations. When not working, she can be found running around, playing, and having fun with her two children, Owen and Adalynn.

Ashley is a 2007 graduate of Valley High School and attended Fairmont State University where she studied Business Administration.

Andrea Gregg joined the Wetzel Tyler Chamber Board in 2022. Andrea is the Branch Manager of Peoples Bank in Sistersville and has been with Peoples Bank since 2015. One of Andrea’s favorite parts of her job is helping the clients of Tyler County and surrounding areas. Andrea is also the Co-Treasurer/Secretary for the Tyler County Family Resource Network.

Julia Matheny is a lifelong resident of Wetzel County and graduated from Magnolia High School. She started working at Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union is 2003 as a part-time teller and worked her way up to Branch Manager of the New Martinsville location. She is currently serving her third term as a member of the Board of Director of the Wetzl-Tyler Chamber of Commerce. She is active in many of the Chamber's events and takes part in the Membership & Community Engagement Committee. Julia currently lives in Paden City. Her two children, Sadie and Cannon, and the rest of her family are the most important part in her life.

Sharon Campbell - Wetzel-Tyler Chamber of Commerce

Sharon served as a member of the U.S. Army where she served seven and a half years as an intelligence analyst and achieving the rank of staff sergeant. After being honorably discharged, she earned a master's degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma, Norman campus.

In 1994, Sharon moved to Wetzel County from where her husband Jeffery is a native. Together, they raised two sons, Hunter and younger brother Spencer. They are proud of the men their sons have become. Hunter serves the country as an active-duty Airforce staff sergeant married to his wife Mikaylah. Spencer helps save lives as an emergency room travel nurse.

After leaving the military, Sharon moved on to TeleTech Inc. in Moundsville where she acted as training manager for the entire site. In 2001, she was hired by West Virginia Northern Community College - New Martinsville campus where she was executive director until 2004. Her next post was as Head-of-School for Mount de Chantal Visitation Academy in Wheeling, prior to closing in 2008. Immediately after the Mount de Chantal closure, Sharon worked as a Title II claims representative for the Social Security Administration; a position from which she retired in 2013. Most recently, Sharon served as a full-time temporary employee of Catholic Charities disbursing emergency funds under the CARES Act to aid those impacted by COVID-19.

No one alone can effect lasting change; it is a collaborative and ongoing effort. In that regard, I look forward to working with all of our existing members, while seeking to increase our membership and assisting in the facilitation of real and lasting economic growth to our community. This has been a wonderful place to raise our sons and I’m looking forward to helping strengthen the community so that others may do the same.”

Morgan is originally from Fayette County, Pennsylvania, and moved to New Martinsville when she was 12 years old.

She is a 2017 Honors graduate of Magnolia High School. Morgan also attended West Virginia Northern Community College and West Liberty University where she studied English and History.

Morgan has always been a real go-getter from the age of 16 when she first started working. Over the years she has gained useful customer service and management experience through her work with Long Ridge Energy Terminal, Label Shopper, and Burke’s Outlet.

Morgan believes in volunteering and community participation. She has supported numerous activities with the New Martinsville Methodist Church, Young Life, and The Paden City Park.

When not working or volunteering, Morgan enjoys spending time with her children and husband Sean.

Betty Klug retired from the Wetzel County Board of Education. She lives with her husband in New Martinsville, WV. She has two daughters, two grandchildren and one great grandson.

Betty volunteers with Relay for Life of Wetzel County where she was chair for 14 years.

She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family. She is also very active in the community and can be found at many events selling food to help raise money for cancer research.

Tina Rush is the Local Government Affairs Representative for MPLX G&P (formerly known as MarkWest Energy) in the East Region (West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania). In this role, she works with local government officials, schools, non-profit organizations, and community members in areas where MPLX operates.

Ms. Rush has been involved with the Wetzel County Chamber of Commerce for the last nine years, serving on various committees, including being the founder of the Shortline Ramp Festival. Before becoming President, she has served as the Chamber’s Vice President for a year and a half. In addition to the Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Rush is on the Board of Directors for the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley and The Northern Panhandle Workforce Development Board. She is active in her community and volunteers with several groups.

In her remaining available time, she is also an artist and entrepreneur. Ms. Rush is owner and designer at North Fork Jewelry Design, a company specializing in handmade jewelry utilizing Sterling silver or real copper combined with natural stones, pearls and wood for a look best described as "everyday chic."

Ms. Rush is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.

Dr. Lockhart grew up right here in New Martinsville - after graduating from the WVU School of Dentistry, she returned home to serve her community. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her volunteering at health fairs for the local schools and plants. Her interests outside of dentistry include spending time outdoors, watching cheesy horror movies, and playing with her German shepherd mix. Dr. Lockhart is honored to join the Board of Directors for the Wetzel County Chamber of Commerce, and she looks forward to serving the local business community with the same diligence shown to her loving patients!

Don Riggenbach is the second generation owner of Riggenbach’s Tile and Carpet. After graduating From Magnolia in 1968, Don went to WVU where he met Jackie King, his wife, and earned a degree in geology. The couple then moved to Norfolk VA where he attended Old Dominion and earned a masters in oceanography. They returned home in 1978 when Don started working in the family business with his father, Paul Riggenbach

In addition to running a successful business, Don served the community for many years including 17 years as the President of the Greater New Martinsville Development Corp. which later became the Wetzel County Chamber of Commerce under his leadership.

Matthew Riggenbach, Don and Jackie’s son, is the third generation of Riggenbach’s carrying on the tradition of selling and installing quality flooring options, paint and other home improvements supplies for businesses and homes around our community.
